This is a knock off "Juicy couture bag" ladies beware none of the authentic juicy bags come in plastic wrapping around the strap nor did this bag have a mirror are a stitched J that Juicy is known for very angry customer but with the help of Amazon my problem was tooken care of and I was able to recieve a full refund if it isn't from Amazon please be careful ordering designer bags from non descript companies
