I wanted a smaller(?) handbag that had the top handle, as well as a shoulder strap that could be removed, or shortened, plus preferring a purse that is not too big or heavy once I loaded it up, plus good quality material, zippers, compartments...the whole nine yards, and I picked the right one this time. Packaging was excellent, as was the delivery service. I cannot tell a lie, I have had no problems at all with any of the many items I have purchased, and this purse will definitely get alot of use.
