Review : Adorable but horrible quality and horrible customer service
I bought the mint gree, it's adorable and I'm absolutely in love with this bag... except the quality and the crappy customer service
1 - the zippers are crappy and really hard to open, they're stiched into a isilk fabric that I'm afraid will tear from the the force needed to open the zipper
2 - the bag broke within 2 weeks of use: the big silver hoops are held together with a screw, and the screw doesn't want to stay put.
3 - a little green loop came off the bag again in less than two weeks of use, not sure where it came from though.
4 - I calld customer service, they said I had to email custome service (with pictures)
5 - over ae week after emailing customer service I call again, because I should have a response with my $400.00 bag that was damaged in less than 2 weeks of wear.
6 - they'll fix it but I HAVE TO PAY TO MAIL IT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME IT's a $400.00 BAG AND IT's NOT MY FAUILT THEY USED CHEAP METALS.

The leather is butter soft, but...
