I purchased this 2 months ago, and was quite happy with it. It's my first grown-up bag, aka not a $25 bag from Target. I like the look, I like the feel, the size works for me. The metal hardware on it looks nice, though it is kind of squeaky. I'm giving it 4 stars right now because after 2 months of use, one end of the shoulder strap detached from the metal attachment point, leaving the strap useless. Amazon quickly sent me a new one, and I'm hoping this was a one-time issue with it and not a systemic flaw, considering this is a $300 bag.

ETA 7/29/13 - My replacement seems to be holding up fine with respect to the previous issue with the strap. The leather does scuff somewhat easily, but the finish of the leather is such that most of that sort of fits in with the look. Overall I'm happy with it.
