I totally love it, but the measurements the seller listed are wrong. I knew that when I ordered, so it was no big deal..the bag is actually bigger than it says. From left to right it's 19 inches, from top to bottom, it's 14 inches, the base width is 3.5.....drop straps are 8 inches....plenty long enough for me to carry on my shoulder comfortably. The hot pink stitching detail around the C's is so pretty & looks red if your wearing red, looks hot pink against hot pink. Plum satin lining, and the 3 pretty hang tags adds just the right amount of bling...I LOVE IT! I received it in less than a week & it was packaged just like the Coach bags I've ordered from Coach. If you want the black & grey combo with a little sparkle....this is the bag! GREAT SELLER & SERVICE!
